Our Destination Services
At destination, our office or affiliate will contact and assist you with the import formalities. It is important to furnish all necessary papers as advised prior to your destination arrival. Late submission of your proper papers can incur demurrage and storage fees.
Our destination services include:

Customs Clearance and import formalities

Haulage of containers or lift vans to residence (accessibility permit)

Unloading and unpacking of all furniture and contents of boxes placed on table top/flat surface

Positioning or furniture in respective rooms

Removal of debris (On day of delivery)

Delivery order for condition report must be noted as it represents the delivery status which in an unlikely event that a claim is warranted, the report must be turned to the insurance company

If other optional services are requested, (e.g. handyman, valet and cleaning services, home search, orientation programs, etc...) additional charges will apply

Full Replacement Value - The Value of your item should reflect the actual cost of replacement which include freight cost and original place of purchase

Mold and Mildew - due to humidity or atmospheric condition. use of 'Absormatic Absorbent' for prevention

Mechanical and Electrical Derangement - In the event of internal multifunctioning of electronic goods. All items must be proven in serviceable condition prior to packing

Pairs and Sets - If a pair or set is damage, the insurance company will compensate your loss and retail ownership of the remaining item or set.

What is excluded?

Damage cause by pest infestation, rusk, bank notes, jewelry, flora, personal documentations, fluids and effects not professionally. Owner packed items will be covered for only loss and contents listed.

Tracking System
As part of our service policy, we are able to provide you with the status of your shipment via our traffic controller on a 24 hourly basis. We save you the inconvenience of your tracking your owner shipment.
